Over a hundred years from Dlugosz to Stryjkowski the Battle of the Vorskla River was the occasion for three outstanding literary works – novels Dlugosz and Wapowski and poem Stryjkowski. All of them have a significant artistic value, not less than "Kraledvor manuscript" or even Sienkiewicz’s novel "With Fire and Sword".
