The objects recorded in the SRG can be divided not only into localization probability classes, but also into types according to the meaning of the objects themselves. The following types and subtypes can be distinguished:
Water objects (hydrography, 3 subtypes):
Land objects (orography, 3 subtypes):
Settlement objects (oikography? – 4 subtypes):
Counting objects of various types gave the following table (22 lines).
So, real towns make up the minority of objects in the SRG – 41 %. I highlight in the table in bold the groups in which the percentage of towns is higher than the average. Again, as in the table of classes, we have 11 groups with an indicator higher than the average, and again we see the alternation of groups with a higher percentage of towns with groups with a lower percentage of them, which indicates the heterogeneity of the composition of the SRG and to some extent the objective nature of the selected groups.
