On the third hand, against the background of the promises of some figures of the Republican Party (to withdraw from NATO in the event of their coming to power), the US Congress recently adopted a strange resolution that forbade the US president to withdraw from NATO.
The future will show whether this resolution will hinder the president or not, and for now a clear signal has been sent to everyone in the world: it may happen that the USA will leave NATO, so that you do not say later that you were not warned.
