On January 22, 2024, precisely on the day of the National Assembly of Ukraine, President V. O. Zelensky signed decree "About the territories of the Russian Federation historically inhabited by Ukrainians" – along the entire eastern border, from the Bryansk region to the Kuban. I think their demilitarization would protect our border from shelling from the most common types of weapons, which have not stopped since the summer of 2014 (I remember Zelenopillja!). At the same time, the national guard of the state drove the border guards from the federal service out of their places. President Biden issued an ultimatum to allow these border guards to return to their posts. If all this is true – we have a tributary to the civil war (January 27, 2024 at 8:02).

According to the number of obscure names, jarlyks can be divided into three chronological groups – the early (15th century) contains the most such names, the middle (1507-1541) contains the least, in the late (1542-1574) the number of obscure names increases again in parallel with other signs of poor understanding of lists.
