In general, the book Chemeritsky did not brought a breakthrough in the study of the chronicles of the Grand Duchy of Lithuania. The author had a much better opportunity to make a number of discoveries, but passed them, too trusting the conclusions of previous researchers. It is possible to regret missed opportunities, but in science matters only positive fact.
