Article is devoted to a detailed analysis of the State Register of Immovable Monuments approved by decree of Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine № 928 from 3.09.2009. By comparing the roster with previous decree (2001) determined the direction of evolution of government heritage accounting. The new roster is replete with a large number of small and large errors, which impede its practical application.
In this paper a quantitative method of estimating the registry entries is suggested, that should relieve assessment of subjectivity.
In sections of the article devoted to individual cities and areas of Ukraine analyzed in detail each registry entry. Specifically stated that it is wrong, why it is wrong and as it should be correct.
There are the statistical observation of the individual parts of the registry and the document as a whole is given.
