In this paper we propose a cell method for calculating the equation of state of dispersion (depending of the disjoining pressure on the volume fraction of particles), stabilized by the repulsion of overlapping double layers.

However, there are no Soviet "holy" – Marshal Klim Voroshilov, the Hero of Socialist Labour Alexei Stakhanov.
Do not mention the famous compatriot, the Russian writer Vsevolod Garshin. Do not mention the sad glory Starobelsky concentration camp, where in 1940 the Russian Bolsheviks were shot captured Polish officers…

The article «The theory of reverse osmosis at the membrane of spherical particles in the Debye approximation» is published.
In the Debye-Henry approximation (small surface potential and arbitrary double layer thickness) coefficient of rejection of the electrolyte solution when jacking through the membrane is calculated (the phenomenon of reverse osmosis). Calculations were based on cell model. It is shown that the decisive influence on the rejection coefficient have the overlapping of double layers.

Example of Kirovograd region shows the most efficient (from the swines point of view, hence, the most beastly) method of monuments accounting: have a monument – have a problem, no monuments – no problems. The less monuments will be registered, the swines will be less hassle with them.
This approach not blame falls, that is not listed sights of ukrainians: writer and revolutionary Vladimir Vinnichenko, playwright and theater activist Mark Kropivnitsky, writer Yuri Yanovsky, philosopher Dmytro Chyzhevsky. One could not find the space for pianist Heinrich Neuhaus and writer Yuri Olesha, although they are not Ukrainian…

In Kyiv region – the heart of the Ukrainian Cossacks – not marked a place of Cossack councils in Maslov Stav, neither regiment cities of Cossacks of Ukraine (Bila Tserkva, Pereyaslav, Bohuslav), nor heroic defense of Stavishche or wrestling Semen Paliy…
Kiev gave Heroes of the Soviet Union, participants of war against the Nazis – tankman Nicephorus Sholudenko, scout John locks, pilot Michael Bondarenko (the latter – even twice Hero). They are not interesting for contemporary pigs…
In the Kiev region situated a unique industrial enterprise as Kiev hydroelectric station with pumped storage hydroelectric unit. There is also situated the world-known (no exaggeration here already!) Chernobyl nuclear power ststion – and they, according to the pigs, not deserve our memory…

A new section of article "Swines are not to blame is published, dedicated to the Ivano-Frankivsk region heritage.
It is believed though Galicians are greater Ukrainian patriots than residents of other regions. I do not know why it is based on – the list of historical monuments of the region shows the same indifference to our past as elsewhere.
No mention here of the Galician princes. No Volodymyrko Volodarevych nor his son Yaroslav (Osmomysl), nor glorious Roman the Great or his son Daniel did not make it to the registry. Contemporary pigs do not care about their reputation.
What has been asking pigs – where are Stepan Bandera memorials. And he probably does have merits to Ukraine…

Now the publication of memoirs «The one that feeds its chicks with elephants» startes.
Ukrainian science club "Spadscyna (Heritage)" formed in late 1987 – early 1988 at the Kiev House of Scientists of the Ukrainian Academy of Sciences. In the memoirs of M.I.Zharkikh – the active club worker – the role of the club in the awakening of Ukrainian national consciousness, in the formation of the People's Movement of Ukraine and the struggle for independence.
Today – the first section «Constituent Assembly».

The article «Theory of the collective electrophoresis of spherical particles in the Henry's approximation» is published.
Within the framework of Henry's approximation (a small surface potential and an arbitrary thickness of the double layer) the electrophoretic mobilities of the collective of spheres have been calculated for the cases of a constant charge and a constant potential. It has been shown that in those cases the mobilities are substantially different, if the bulk portion of dispersion is finite and the double layers of adjacent particles are markedly overlapped. Calculations have been carried out on the basis of a cell model taking into account the hydrodynamic and the electrical interaction of spheres.

A new section of article "Swines are not to blame is published, dedicated to the Zaporozhye region heritage.
In the Zaporozhye region we does not see sites associated with leaders of the Ukrainian liberation movement – Dmyto Dontsov, Nestor Makhno, Peter Grigorenko. Twice Hero of the Soviet Union, Colonel General V. Petrov omitted from the list as well.
What has been asking for such "trifles" like a castle of Prince Dmitry Vishnevetsky on Khortitsa on whether there DneproGES. Zaporozhian swines does not interesting in all this. Zaporozhian swines now build monuments chief swineherd of the USSR – Stalin.

Kolomenskoye Village is located on the high right bank of the Moskva River 11 kilometers south of the Kremlin. Even in times of Prince Ivan Kalita (1336) there was famous sovereign patrimony. Since the reign of the Grand Prince Vasily 3 (1 third 16 cent.) till the end of 17 century palace in Kolomenskoye was suburban residence of the rulers of Russia.
In 1918 – 19 cent. palace complex was lost its importance and gradually destroyed. In 1923 there was organized architectural reserve, which included in UNESCO World Heritage List.

The article «Theory of non-equilibrium electrical surface phenomena in concentrated disperse systems. 2» is published.
The method proposed earlier has been applied to calculate all six independent kinetic coefficients of a model disperse system: the system of equal, transversely oriented streams, dielectric cylinders With a thin double layer. The formulas derived take into account polarization of the double layer and are a generalization of the formulas obtained earlier for the electrosurface effects in an infinitely diluted dispersion on the dispersion having the finite bulk fraction of particles.
