Universal Batory – Khmelnitsky – falsified in the middle of the 18th century document that had prove the right of Zaporozhye Sich on the territories that it owned.

I continue my memoirs "Looking database monuments of Ukraine" (2015). Today – chapter "Bibliography of old Ukraine".
So in 1998 – 2002 years was published first seven parts. Then, as I already mentioned, all the money for the publication ended, and 8 – 10 parts have been printed already, regardless of the Institute.

The article «Biography of Victor Zabila: facts and legends» (2016) is now continued. Today – section «Collected Poems 1837».
In 1836, he compiled a collection of 19 poems (that is half of its artistic heritage). At the beginning of 1837 this collection already printed in St. Petersburg.

The proposals or preliminary designs were written rather carelessly, and I had the impression that some of the candidates to just begged to submit something, for contest formally was held.

Probably at the end of 1832 – beginning of 1833, staying on vacation in Borzna, Victor met with Lyubov Belozerskaya and they were soon engaged.
